10 DAY CHALLENGE

It’s easy to have great hopes and goals for improving fitness and weight loss during the “active” summer months, but often we get to September not where we want to be at all! Part of that is due to erratic schedules (fun, but still erratic) and lots of social events.
We definitely want to get on track before the holidays hit but we keep setting that date as “next week.” With tail-gating and school activities, it’s not getting any easier! That’s why I’m offering a 10 day challenge twice a month. These short challenges provide accountability, focus, guidelines and support. They’re short enough to not feel overwhelmed but long enough to produce results and get you on track again. Here are the guidelines:
1) Drink Shakeology once a day for 10 days www.shakeology.com/ChristieR
2) Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes each day for 10 days; your choice
3) Check in with me daily via text or email for 10 days
4) Eliminate “junk” from your diet for 10 days
5) Follow the nutrition guide that I provide for you
I provide the nutrition structure and daily help if you need it. Average weight loss during these challenges has been 4 pounds which is a great boost to get you going again. The challenge starts on the 1st and 15th of each month so there’s no reason to opt out because the timing isn’t right. You don’t have to know me or be local! It’s all done online and I will be your accountability partner.
