“Facts first: after 12 months I’ve lost 75 pounds, 32.5 total inches. I’ve been taken off all medication for blood sugar and blood pressure. I feel good inside and out. I’m going to take off 25-30 more pounds; I’m working on maintaining now. . .I’m still having big ideas about portions (volumn is my big draw back). A suit that I haven’t worn for 15 years is too big so I went to Dillards for a set of new clothes; that is something I never do. I went to a wedding this week and I clean up real good! My attitude is a lot better, I think differently, people treat me different but I’m the same person inside. Plus my doctor is happy.”
