WARM PEAR CRISP

1 T. Walnuts
6 T. whole wheat flour
2 1/2 T. packed light brown sugar
1/8 t. cinnamon
1 T. plus 2t. canola oil
6 firm, yet ripe pears
1/4 cup raisins
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. sugar
2 T. flour
1/8 t nutmeg pinch of cloves
Blend oats and walnuts in food processor. Add flour, brown sugar and cinnamon and process. Drizzle in oil and process for 30 second.Mix pears and next six ingredients. Put in baking pan. Cover with oat mixure and bake 45‐50 minutes at 375 degrees.
