TASTY ASPARAGUS

2 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea or Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Coat baking pan with oil and sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Arrange asparagus in single layer. Bake 6‐7 minutes or until tender, shaking a few times while baking.
STOVE TOP: Heat flat skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and spread around. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Top with asparagus spears. Cook for 5 minutes, shaking skillet to prevent sticking. For variety, add red pepper and mushrooms slices when cooking. ENJOY!
