Posted by admin on Apr 2, 2011 in Food & Recipes | Comments OffQUICK TIP: Put 1 pound frozen chicken breast tenders (uncooked) in crock pot. Add 1/2 pkt taco seasoning, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup salsa. Cook on low at least 8 hours.
When ready to eat, cut chicken into slices or shred. Place in low fat 6 inch tortilla, add sliced green peppers, tomatoes, onions etc. Add low fat cheese as desired. Serve with broccoli.
Per Fajita: 200 calories, 4 grams fat. **This makes a quick evening meal. Lean beef can also be used.
