BRUSCHETTA DIP

5 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried basil or 4 fresh leaves, minced
1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Allow them to sit for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Makes 2 cups. Per 2 T. serving: 20 calories, 1 gram fat, 1 gram fiber.
