FRIENDS, FUN & FITNESS FOR YOU! CARDIO-KICKS
Cardio-kicks is an aerobic, kickboxing type workout. By learning the same training methods that boxers use, we’ll help you stay fit and strong while learning self defense moves at the same time.

HOW DOES CARDIO-KICKS WORK?
Cardio-kicks will improve your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, tone and shape your muscles, AND improve flexibility. At Cardio-kicks, certified instructors will get your heart rate up to burn fat by practicing boxing and kicking techniques. High intensity music keeps us punching and kicking to the beat. Don’t worry, coordination comes with practice! After the cardiovascular segment of the class, we move to the heavy bags for strength training. Punching and kicking the bags helps shape and tone your muscles much like weight training, without using heavy weights. You can get both aspects of exercise, fat burning and muscle resistance, in one workout! Classes last an hour.

First class is FREE! Appointments are not required; bring friends with you. Most loose comfortable clothing is perfect
BUT heavy sweats are not recommended. Bring a water bottle and get ready for a great workout!
